This was a master suite addition of 980 square feet with a walk-in closet and master bath. Included, was a full kitchen and living room remodeling . Demolition of walls to create a more “open concept” feel. All of the bathrooms were re-modeled as well as new landscape designing. Time from beginning to completion was 2 1/2 months.
4400 Topanga Canyon Boulevard
This home was taken down to studs and built again. No square footage was added, but this was a total face lift. New electrical, roof, plumbing, stucco, drywall, as well as everything inside. As you can see was a major rehab. Total time from beginning to completion was 5 months.

This property was a newer house, built in 1995, so it just needed some cosmetic fixing and new decorating. The master bath and bathroom #3 was re-modeled to give it a more modern feel. The kitchen was also partially upgraded. We also refinished all the flooring as well as new landscape design.

This is another property that was pretty much taken down to studs and rebuilt. Closets were removed to open up the living room and dining room. The garage was made into 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Again, most everything was replaced; plumbing, electrical, roof, stucco, drywall, bathrooms and kitchen. Time from beginning to completion was just under 4 months.

This property needed some warmth and updating which we did by painting, changing some flooring, and remodeling the bathrooms and kitchen. We also added a pool/spa and built-in BBQ area. We converted one of the front bedrooms into a large master bathroom and walk-in closet and connected it to the other front bedroom. Total time from beginning to completion was 45 days.
