Ilan and Christy Stern are an Orlando based husband and wife design team that began re-modeling and flipping houses in 2007.

By having an extreme attention to detail and by using state of the art design techniques they are able to create the most sophisticated finishes. They decided to venture out into the flipping market in Los Angeles in 2009 and discovered their true love for the craft.

As a team, they have done numerous re-models and new construction builds for themselves and for others. Their specialty is a modern and clean design but with traditional warmth. They are able to achieve that very unique feel from using lots of stone and wood elements as well as custom wall treatments. They work with the best vendors in the industry and each project is unique and one of kind. There are no 2 projects the same! They are available to assist in any part of the design and building process.
